Modern holiday home in the centre of the lake directly located at the famous "Greenway del Lago di Como". The property is newly built in 2021 and comprises a two appartment house. App RIVA offers the ground floor incl exclusive garden usage.
The lower level incl secured entry and locked garage is shared with our neighbor estate of 4 appartments.

Main attractions such a city centre of Lenno incl market, restaurants, bars are in walking disctance within 5-10 mins. Closest swimming spot, boat rental, ferry & bus station can be found within the same distance.

Ferry and bus connection to Mennagio, Bellagio, Varenna, Como is well developed and easy accessible. From Como station Mailand is reachable within 45 mins, Bergamo within 90 mins., Como itself and Lugano are about 40 mins by car (bus possible).

Enjoy the wunderful scenery around the lake while hiking or cycling or visiting cultural highlights such as Villa del Balbianello (app 1 km) or Villa Carlotta (app 2.5km), or just taking a walk on the beautiful promenade of Lenno, Mennagio or Bellagio.
In the evenings or for an italian lunch there are plenty of restaurants of all classes to make this trip an unforgettable joy.
